Equality and Diversity Half Day Course

This course is suitable for all industries and work places to help you explore an understanding of the importance of equality and diversity.

Who should attend?

This course is designed for candidates who wish to pursuit an interest in equality and diversity and develop an understanding of the issues that surround equality and diversity in today’s society.

What you will learn

This course will provide you with an opportunity to explore equality and diversity and how behaviours such as prejudice and discrimination affect a person or groups of people. You will also have the opportunity to understand people’s rights and responsibilities as an individual and people’s rights and legal responsibilities in a work place.

Course duration

Half Day (three hours) Maximum number of 20 candidates. This course is taught at one of our venues or delivered onsite. 

Assessment and certification

This course is delivered by a qualified trainer. Candidates will be assessed continuously throughout the training and will be expected to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the course aims and objectives. Candidates will receive a certificate valid for 12 months and a workbook.
