Food Hygiene Half Day Course

This course is suitable for all members of staff that handle food who need basic knowledge and understanding in food hygiene.

Healthcare workers/ Family carers / Healthcare professionals / Nurses / Caterers and any one who handles food.

This course will provide you with the knowledge and understanding of all aspects of food safety including preparation and delivering appropriately.

Course duration

Half Day (three hours) Maximum number of 20 candidates. This course is taught at one of our venues or delivered onsite. 

Assessment and certification

This course is delivered by a qualified trainer. Candidates will be assessed continuously throughout the training and will be expected to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the course aims and objectives with a final multiple choice assessments. Candidates will receive a certificate valid for 12 months and a workbook.
